What’s Happening at Writers & Books?
November 2003 Programs & Events
Meditation & the Muse
Rescheduled!
This one-day workshop will explore some of the ways people may relax their minds and bodies in order to allow writing to emerge organically. In addition to sitting and walking meditations, intensive writing time will allow each individual to tap into his or her quiet space where the muse sits waiting. These new writings will be shared in a safe, supportive atmosphere. No previous writing or meditation experience is necessary, only a desire to find the empty spaces between the noise. (Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bag lunch.)
