Izyaslav Darakhovskiy

Izyaslav Darakhovskiy is a doctor of Economics who has authored eight books.  As a Jewish child he was forced into a Nazi camp in Ukraine.  Later, after his military service, he became a respected economist under the communist system, participant in economic reforms under Mikhail Gorbachev, although suffering national and religious persecution.  In the USA he participated in projects for World Bank and some other companies and organizations.  He is now a US citizen.
