Chuck Lyons
Chuck Lyons is retired after a career editing community newspapers in the region and is now working solely as a freelance magazine writer. Over his lifetime he has won a first place award from the New York Press Association for his editorials, the Harryman Dorsey Award for “an outstanding story on Colonial American history,” a third place award for a feature story, and numerous other awards and recognitions for newspaper layout and content. He resides outside Rochester with his wife Brenda and a beagle named Gus.
