From Pose to Prose: Yoga for Writers

J10-T01
1 Saturday, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
June 19
$39 W&B members / $43 general public
Instructor: Caedra Scott-Flaherty

Do your wrists and back ache from sitting in front of a computer? Does your mind feel jumbled with plotlines, characters, and deadlines? Being a writer is wonderful, but it is hard work, too. It can take a toll on the body and spirit. Set aside a day in a natural, inspiring setting to stretch your muscles and your mind. We will practice yoga and meditation and, of course, write. Relax and let the ideas flow. Your mind and body are not as separate as you think. This workshop is appropriate for beginners as well as practicing writer-yogis.
