How to Register for Workshops

Registration Deadlines for ALL Programs

  • Seven days before the workshop starts.
  • To register less than seven days before a workshop begins, please check availability first by calling 473-2590, ext 107.
  • All workshops require pre-registration.

Payment Must Accompany Registration

  • Without exception, no registrations will be taken without payment.
  • A non-refundable $20 registration fee is included in the class fee.

To Register by Mail

  • Print, complete & mail our Printer-Friendly Registration Form
  • Form must be postmarked at least 10 days before the start date of your workshop
  • You may pay by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Please do not send cash through the mail.
  • You will be sent a confirmation of your registration
  • You will be contacted if the class of your choice is not available

To Register by Fax

To Register In-Person

  • We’re located at 740 University Ave.
  • Our office hours are Monday–Thursday 9 am–9 pm, Friday 9 am–5 pm & Saturday 9 am–1 pm, but call ahead, 473-2590, to be sure we’re open.
  • You may pay by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express

To Register Online

  • Click on the "Register online" button at the bottom of the adult course description. This will take you to our shopping cart.
  • At the present time you can only register online if you are already in our online database, and no online registrations will be taken for children's or teen's workshops. However, if you give us a call, send us an e-mail, or fax us with your information: name, address, phone #, and e-mail address (optional), we will add you to our database and you can complete your registration.

Cancellations, Refunds & Fees

  • A $30 fee will be charged for bad checks.
  • A non-refundable $20 registration fee is included in the class fee.
  • A full refund is given in the event W&B must cancel a class.
  • If you cancel up to SEVEN DAYS before the first day of class, W&B will refund all but a $20 processing fee.
  • If you cancel fewer than seven days before the first class of a series, but before the second class, you will be refunded 50%.
  • No refunds are given if your cancellations are made fewer than seven days before a single-day workshop  or after the second class meeting of a series.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 days of cancellation notice. Participants will be notified if unforeseen delays occur.
